Your Responsibilities

• Provide operational and strategic support to the executive
  management in organisational development, market expansion and business growth‍
• Analyse existing processes and design, implement, and manage efficient, future-oriented structures and transformation projects‍
• Design, guide, and implement change management initiatives to further develop corporate culture, leadership structures, and process landscapes
• ‍Lead and develop the central service departments (Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, IT, PR & Communications)
• Drive the strategic management of core business areas and foster close collaboration with teams, departments, management and external partners

Your Profile

• Degree in Business Administration or a comparable qualification with a commercial focus‍
• Several years of leadership experience, ideally in a service-oriented organisation (e.g. healthcare, insurance, chambers, educational institutions) or in an environment with high quality and organisational requirements
• Broad business management expertise with proven experience in organisational development, transformation and change management
• Structured, solution-oriented and entrepreneurial mindset, combined with strong communication skills, empathy, and a respectful leadership style
• Value orientation and membership in a recognised Christian church, along with a leadership and behavioural approach based on these values
