Your Responsibilities
- Assume full responsibility for all sales activities in Germany as the key interface to the international headquarters
- Develop a strategic growth plan in close collaboration with Marketing and translate it into concrete annual sales targets
(revenue and margin) - Lead and inspire a high-performing team of internal and external sales staff
- Drive business development in the German market by identifying potential and acquiring new customers – particularly in project business
- Manage and expand key accounts and represent the company at trade fairs and industry events
- Apply a structured and data-driven sales approach using performance metrics to continuously optimise market activities
Your Profile
- Degree in business administration or comparable commercial training
- You are a “hunter” with several years of proven B2B sales experience, ideally within the construction / building materials sector
- You display strong communication and negotiation skills with a results-oriented mindset and a focus on closing deals
- With high technical affinity you are able to translate customer needs into tailored solutions
- You combine first leadership experience and skills in change management with a confident, authentic managerial presence
