This year’s CFR Global Executive Search Conference took us to Bruges – and it offered far more than just an inspiring meeting. Alongside valuable professional exchange, the true focus was on collaboration, trust, partnership, and our shared passion for executive search.

A particular highlight was the interactive MyDrives MyHabits MyMatch workshop, which clearly demonstrated the importance of balancing hard skills with the often decisive soft skills. The tool helps reveal people’s true drivers, unlock talents, and build the foundation for sustainable top matches.

But CFR Global Executive Search is about more than business: our partnerships are built on genuine trust and long-standing relationships, often extending beyond the professional sphere. This strong network not only opens new perspectives but also creates tangible business opportunities through knowledge sharing and international collaboration.

Of course, the social side was not forgotten: from a city tour and a boat cruise to a brewery visit and enjoying Belgian culinary delights – Bruges proved to be the perfect place to combine community and inspiration. A heartfelt thank you goes to our Belgian friends - our “Partner of the Year”.
